This wee bit took me all of 'The Fellowship of the Ring' to complete. Stitch by stitch. Stitch by stitch will get me there! I feel a bit like Frodo Baggins on his quest. Gotta finish! Gotta finish!
Then, this is what this same section looks like after three Harry Potter films. I've seen them many times before. LOL
The Lord of the Rings movies are not great for stitching! I found myself sitting there with needle suspended in the air several times while re-watching Fellowship myself just last night!
Lovely work on this piece, it's always been one of my favorites. :)
Ah, that's my problem! I started the Twin Towers (or whatever it's called) & swapped pretty soon for 'The Man Who Sued God'. LOL
I really WAS sitting there with needle suspended, mouth open. I haven't seen the film before. I guess, as a stitcher, I haven't really seen it yet. I think I missed more than I comprehended.
Oh wait till you watch it several times and find you still haven't seen everything!!! The extended versions are even better (although longer!) Nice work on your stitching, though!!
It looks beautiful, love the colors. I also love to stitch to the LOTR or HP films. I've seen them so much I can pretty much just listen and then watch at my favorite parts. Sue
Nice progress :) I like stitching while watching movies and tv as well, though sometimes I don't get as much done as I would like (get drawn in by whatever I'm watching :))

What lovely colours. I love using series like Lord of the Rings, etc to get in a good stitchign marathon!
